Refund policy

The policy

Any purchase can be refunded within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. Email support@eddyloop.com from the address on the purchase and say you want a refund. That is the whole process.

What happens

• The payment is returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
• The license is revoked and its device slots are freed.
• The purchase stays visible in your account history with a refunded status.
• The free tier keeps working, no card needed.

The free tier exists so you never need a refund to find out whether EddyLoop fits. It runs the same model, fully offline, every day.
