EddyLoop is free to use, on as many machines as you like. You own your transcripts, we never see them. Nothing is sold and there is no account.
EddyLoop is made by Aztec Platforms, LLC. These terms are an agreement between you and Aztec Platforms, LLC covering the EddyLoop application and the eddyloop.com website.
EddyLoop is licensed, not sold, and it is free. The license grants you the right to install and use EddyLoop on as many machines as you control, for personal or commercial work. The full grant and its limits are in the license agreement.
EddyLoop is provided at no charge. Aztec Platforms, LLC is under no obligation to publish further releases, and may change or discontinue the app or this website at any time. A copy you have already installed keeps working.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute EddyLoop, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to violate the recording consent laws that apply where you are. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before transcribing other people.
Transcripts are written to your disk and belong to you. They are never transmitted to us and we have no ability to access them.
EddyLoop is provided as is, at no charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aztec Platforms, LLC disclaims implied warranties and excludes liability for any loss arising from use of the software. Speech recognition makes mistakes; do not rely on a transcript as the sole record where accuracy is critical.
If these terms change materially we will note it on this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
